•Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, or deodorant on the treatment area.
•Hair should be approximately 1/4 inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth) for the best results.
•Gently exfoliate the treatment area 24–48 hours before your appointment, but avoid exfoliating on the day of treatment.
•Avoid tanning or sunburn on the treatment area before your appointment.
•If possible, avoid scheduling during your menstrual cycle if treating sensitive areas, as skin may be more sensitive.

• Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing to help prevent irritation and friction.
• Avoid direct sun exposure and apply sunscreen to treated areas when exposed.
• Wait 24–48 hours before exfoliating, then exfoliate regularly to help prevent ingrown hairs.
• Keep the treated area clean and moisturized with a gentle, fragrance-free lotion if needed.
